At every stage of my career in the Hotel Industry I have followed my Passion at that time and I have felt good about what I was doing by simply continuously passing on things that I have known to others who have wanted my help ….

As a Hotel Manager helping others probably stopped me from going totally insane through my long and hard weeks. Whether it was every couple of minutes or just every couple of hours – Helping others was what I found the most Satisfying about my job.

Later in my Career, as a Teacher, helping others probably stopped me from going totally insane through my long and hard weeks. Whether it was every couple of minutes or just every couple of hours – Helping others was what I found the most Satisfying about my job.

And more recently as a Blogger, Vlogger and Author, helping others probably stopped me from going totally insane through my long and hard weeks. Whether it was every couple of minutes or just every couple of hours – Helping others was what I have found the most Satisfying about my job.

You can never try and force your help on to others, but there will always be somebody who wants help and it will always be up to you at work to find them and gain Satisfaction your from ….

What-ever stage of your career you are in and what-ever job you are doing; you don’t have to be saving lives every day to be in a satisfying career. You simply need to be following your passion and feel good about what you’re doing ….

That, I believe, is the definition of Job Satisfaction.
